When cooking corn dogs, it is best to place the pan containing the corn dogs into the preheated oven. It does not matter how long you leave them sitting on top of the stove, they WILL NOT cook! And when, after 20 mintues, you go back to check on them, they, more than likely, will still be frozen. At least here in Arkansas. Welcome to my world.
