Egg update

If you are following my husband's blog you know one of our hens has finally started laying. And she has been laying an egg a day. Which is unusual, most times every other day at most is norm. Well, me, being the super mind that I am, figured it out. Eggs are on sale, and have been since she started laying, for 98 cents a dozen. We have WAY more than that invested in these ladies. I always knew Clayton just wanted them for pets even though he was singing the fresh egg song. Anyway, I digress. The eggs go off sale tomorrow. She didn't lay today. I rest my case. Oh, the fact that the temp dropped about 25 degrees wouldn't have anything to do with it. Super mind said so.
