OREO DELIGHT

1st layer

30 oreos, crushed
1 stick melted butter
Put cookies in bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour melted butter over and freeze.

2nd layer
1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
Spread over frozen cookie layer. Freeze

3rd layer
1/2 stick butter
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated (not condensed) milk
2 squares semi sweet bakers chocolate
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and cook until sauce begins to thicken. COOL. Pour or spoon over ice cream layer. Freeze until ready to serve.

May be topped with whipped cream if desired
